Guarantee Trust & Merchant Bankers, L.P. is a proprietary family office capital partnership, structured in the tradition of classic merchant houses. We invest our own balance sheet—patient, concentrated, and intensely hands-on—across credit, real assets, and special situations.
The mandate is deliberately flexible: distressed bonds and loans, private investments in financial institutions, special situations in energy and infrastructure, and opportunistic real estate— particularly in Florida and selective U.S. markets.
We do not manage outside funds, run commingled vehicles, or sell financial products. Every decision begins with a simple question: would we deploy our own capital here, on these terms, for this duration?
